  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, Garden of the Nightingale has had no problems shipping merchandise to any location. Payment must clear with Bank prior to shipping.

    For small orders we have found that USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Options to work well. For larger shipments such as boulders, we ship to the nearest Port of Authority and it is your responsibility to receive it and transport from the warehouse to your place or choice.

    Orders other than our painting stones are varied in weight and the shipping cost must be determined by location of delivery. Please contact us for actual shipping cost and the payment can be handled separately.


  • International
  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Garden of the Nightingale is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.


  • Sales Tax
  • Garden of the Nightingale charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site and shipped within the State of California based on the applicable state sales tax rate. The current rate of tax we will charge to California orders is 8.75%.


  • Return Policy
  • You can have confidence in your purchase from Garden of the Nightingale through this Web site. However, if for any reason you desire to return your item, you may do so within seven (7) calendar days and receive a full refund in the price of the product. You also understand and agree that if you desire a refund you must return the product in the same condition you received it and pay all shipping and insurance fees to be returned to Garden of the Nightingale. We also ask that you email your desire to return the item within the seven day period to initiate your return.

    Garden of the Nightingale believes strongly though that you will appreciate and value your purchase and keep it with honor and pride.
